What is a registered Apprenticeship Program?

Apprenticeship is a combination of on-the-job training and related instruction in which workers learn the practical and theoretical aspects of a highly skilled occupation.  Our Apprenticeships are sponsored by joint employer and labor groups.  Our goal is to train individuals with lifetime career skills that can greatly increase earnings and provide a better quality of life in general.
